My father Larry Davis fought through 6 long years of a diagnosis of Mesothelioma and each year he aimed to help others understand this dreadful disease. He fought the trend of curing cancer with chemo. For Meso patients like him it hasn’t truly been a successful course of treatment. As a secondary victim, I long for the day when there is a cure to the man-made suffering. This is why I joined my dad in many ways to donate time and energy to support the Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation. By funding research, we will find a cure.

There are now 4 ways to donate to help fight this disease:

1) Larry Davis’ Tribute Wall, which for the time being will have it’s funds matched dollar-to-dollar to help the Larry Davis Immunotheraphy Grant.

2) The Larry Davis Scholarship Fund, a South Florida based scholarship for students wishing to continue running at a collegiate level.

3) His original Mesothelioma Donation page, where he’s almost met his goal of $100,000.

4) The Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization, for all their work in completely banning the use of asbestos around the globe.
